1. You will receive a response from your dedicated venue sourcer. If additional information is required, they will contact you by phone or email.
 

2. They will begin contacting venues in your desired location to assess availability and rates to prepare your proposal.
 

3. You will receive the proposal by email within a couple of days.
 

4. Your dedicated venue sourcer will follow up to see how you would like to proceed and will negotiate with the venue on your behalf.
